Key Purpose

You are responsible for building up customer relations and creating a client list by targeting individual clients and companies who require passenger chartering culminating in them using the services of Air Charter Service.
The successful Broker would charter aircraft in their division Cargo or Executive Jet from a diverse client base consisting of governments, High Value customers, corporations, Freight Forwarders, and the travel industry.

Positions:

2 Executive Jet Broker (Trainee’s) – One in Shanghai and One in Beijing
1 Cargo Broker – Experienced or Trainee – Located in Shanghai
1 Office Manager – English speaking, 2-3 years’ experience preferred for Shanghai.
1 Marketing Manager – English speaking, experienced, web marketing experience preferred for Shanghai.

Skills and Experience

Industry Knowledge
- College degree preferred but not essential
- Proactive sales experience ideally account management from within the aviation industry, but we will look at strong sales skills from other industries, real estate, travel, high end retail, etc.
- Ideally knowledge of the product in terms of aircraft types, availability, airports, handling agents etc. but not essential as training will be given
Client / Supplier Relationship Management
- Demonstrate experience in managing relationships with astute customers
- Demonstrate the ability to deal with problems or challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Demonstrate experience of procurement or negotiation in order to obtain best value for Air Charter Service and its clients
A passion for aviation is essential. Additionally, we look for:
- Business verbal and written fluency in English, and Mandarin.
- Proactive account management or airline sales experience

- Successful new business sales achievement.
- Calm disposition and positive outlook, particularly when working under pressure.
- Flexibility to change and adapt working hours and patterns if necessary.
- Trustworthy and honest in all aspects of the role.
- Self - motivated and happy to work with a high degree of autonomy.
